I am an Assistant Professor of Technology & Operations Management at INSEAD.
My research employs empirical and behavioral methods to address operations management problems, with the following goals:
(1) Improve the quality of care delivery and equitable access to care in healthcare systems, especially pharmaceutical supply chain.
(2) Advance the integration of technologies within organizations, focusing on human-AI interactions.
I conduct my work in close collaboration with industry partners, practitioners, and scholars. Additionally, I have served as a consultant to several leading pharmaceutical companies at McKinsey and IQVIA, as well as to nonprofit organizations focused on mental health care.
I hold a Ph.D. in Technology & Operations at Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, where I was co-advised by Professor Ravi Anupindi and Professor Jun Li.
